These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and subscriptions. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your event date.

Full balance is due 7 days before the event.

Prices may change based on market fluctuations (e.g., oysters, truffles).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel up to 30 days before the event ➜ Full refund minus administrative fees.

Cancel 7–30 days before ➜ 25% fee retained on total order.

Cancel within 7 days ➜ 100% charge applies.

3. Menu & Substitutions

Menus are personalized per consultation.

If an ingredient becomes unavailable, SenseArt will propose a similar-quality substitute.

4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Clients must inform us of all dietary needs.

SenseArt disclaims liability for undisclosed allergies.

5. Service & Staffing

Pricing includes standard service and cleanup.

Additional staffing (e.g., bartenders) can be arranged at extra cost.

6. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards available—redeemable for any service offering.

7. Insurance & Food Safety

Fully insured and complies with local food safety regulations.

Rigorous hygiene procedures in place.

8. SMS

We will be sending you SMS messages related to our service notifications, as well as occasional promotional messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
